Creative Kinesiology & Personal Transformation

What is Applied Kinesiology?

1. Muscle Testing

2. Identify Imbalances

3. Establish the body's PRIORITY needs

4. Make Corrections

5. Create Balance

Kinesiology is defined primarily as the use of muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body's physical, chemical, mental/emotional or energy, to establish the body's priority healing needs, and to evaluate energy changes brought about by a broad spectrum of both manual and non-manual therapeutic procedures.

Here, muscles become monitors of stress and imbalance within the body where 'Muscle Testing', the key diagnostic technique in Kinesiology, is used as an effective and versatile tool for detecting and correcting various imbalances in the body which may relate to stress, nutrition, learning problems, injuries and so on.

Kinesiology encompasses a breadth of therapeutic aids but the real goal of any ‘Kinesiology Balance' is to identify the bottom-line cause of this malfunction and then to resolve it.

How Does it Work?

A fundamental premise of Kinesiology is that the body has innate self-healing ability and is at all times doing its best to care for itself, but that sometimes it needs to be helped into a better position to achieve this care.

The answer is somewhere inside you! Muscle monitoring is a natural bio-feedback system using muscles as indicators, which supplies information via nerve pathways and the meridian system of the Brain and Body.

Kinesiology recognises that there are flows of energy within the body that relate not only to the muscles, but to every tissue and organ that go to make the body a living, feeling being. These energy flows can be evaluated by testing the function of the muscles, which in turn reflect the body's overall state of structural chemical, energetic or emotional balance. In this way, Kinesiology taps into energies that the more conventional modalities overlook.

Kinesiology looks beyond the symptoms.

The 7 Factors of I.V.F. (Intervertebral Foramina)

•

•          1.  The Nervous System

•          2. The Lymphatic System

•          3. The Vascular System

•          4. The Cerebrospinal Fluid

•          5. The Meridian System

•          6. Emotional/Mental Stress

•          7. Nutrition Reflex

A Kinesiology assessment takes place at the I.V.F., making it a completely holistic therapy.

The I.V.F is literally a passage way between each vertebra (32 in total), where all the connections are made. Here, nerves, blood vessels and lymph etc. meet and connect to organs and muscles that they control throughout the body. The bundles of nerve fibres that pass through the I.V.F. carry electrical impulses to and from the brain continually updating it on the state, balance and condition of the body and its physiological functions. Acupuncture associated points also are located near the I.V.F.

All the above 7 systems are connected to each other; one will not function perfectly if another is out of balance. They all fall into categories of Mental, Physical, Energy or Chemical. These 4 areas have to be addressed in order for total well-being to take place.

In Applied Kinesiology, assessing the strength of a muscle is in fact assessing which factors of the I.V.F. need correcting. The muscles act like energy reflexes and will strengthen and weaken based on the condition of the 7 factors mentioned above.

All areas need to be addressed in order for total well-being to take place.

Methods used in Kinesiology include and originate from:

•

      .     Acupressure/Acupuncture

•          Nutritional Therapy

•          Chiropractic

•          Osteopathy

•          Sound Therapy

•          Colour Therapy

•          Herbology

•          Emotional Release Therapy

•          Lymphatic Drainage

•          Flower and Gem Essence Therapy

Techniques from all the above modalities can be employed to assess imbalances in the body and find best methods for treatment and finding the best therapy or therapies to resolve them.
